Thanks for the Bernal heads up. I ordered the only thing I think I wont get in trouble for. A lil Kumokage 80mm parer I've been curious about for a while that after tax and discounts ended up being only $95. And since I am nearby its an excuse to go into the city tomorrow to pick it up and gawk at some fancier knives for a bit while I am there. What I REALLY wanted was a Yoshikane SKD or or a Myojin SG2 240 ...but that's gonna have to wait a bit if I want to stay married...besides, both those things are cheaper at K&S despite the Bernal sale.

This happens a lot but it’s so weird to me: why do they take on oem work when their own stuff is sold out all the time and they’re way behind on orders. The whole industry is way too clubby.
The question is how it does on a pineapple pizza...
It really depends on the pineapple I think - slices, big chucks, small chucks, etc. sauce might also make a difference. Red sauce, white sauce or no sauce?

Seems to have been sold by Cleancut directly from Togashi and so without brand.
Also seems to have a flatter profile which is nice.
