$55 shipped
Seki magoroku, a kai subrand
160mm edge
50mm at heel, 51mm midblade
4mm spine at tang, 2mm spine at tip
118g
Thin with great release *******, good steel too, with good hardness. A perfect nakiri. Grind is pretty even throughout, slightly concave when checked with straightedge. Concave blade face. Shinogi has a slight ridge, which is mostly consistent throughout. The resulting release is pretty darn amazing. Steel is solid, harder side of things, doesn't bend super easily. Pretty impressed. Takes a good jnat edge too. Not the most refined ever, but it definitely refines. The cutting feel into food is great.
