Does anyone know the dates for this?

Didn't find much in English but Japanese searches indicate the Sakai Hamono Matsuri (Osaka-fu) is April 21 & 22 and the Seki (Gifu prefecture) festival is Oct 6 & 7.

Yeah April 21-22.

They changed it from always being in February.
