Up for sale is a Kawamura Saku branded under L’Emouler and sold at their store in Montreal. Knife was originally purchased in 2017, And was used in a home environment, sharpened a couple times.
Is aogami 2 with stainless cladding. 210 (212mm) ktip gyuto with rosewood and pakka handle. Comes in original box
