SOLD 210 Watanabe Gyuto SS Clad w/ Handle Upgrade (Price Drop)

Looking to sell my recently purchased Watanabe 210mm Gyuto. Stainless clad with an upgraded handle. Used once, just didn't mesh with it versus a 240mm HVB purchased at the same time.

I paid $425 + shipping (Link). Asking $̶4̶0̶0̶ $̶3̶8̶0̶ $̶3̶7̶0̶ $360 shipped CONUS. Please see my poorly taken pictures and many attempts at a choil shot below.

Quick note on the handle: it is honduras rosewood, white dyed maple, and one other wood I'm not feeling confident enough to name. On Shinichi's website, he lists the same knife and handle for 56,000 Yen (or $540 at current exchange rates) + shipping.

That said I'm a firm believer that lack of initial interest is a sign of poor pricing, so I'm going to drop to $380.

I know, it really sucks. Please if you ever want to let yours go let me know. I will welcome her with my arms wide open. I got the 150mm petty for Christmas and it is absolutely amazing. Looking forward to have the gyuto since then. Cheers.
