Hello All,
It feels like ages since I've made a new listing here. Here I have a nice gyuto to offer you all in Apex Ultra go-mai with a lovely bocote handle. I keep working to get my core thicknesses down as much as possible in san-mai and go-mai, little by little I'm getting better, I have the cladding running less than 1mm from the edge in places on this one, it scared me a little.
As a side note: everything seems reddish because of the large volume of smoke in the atmosphere from wildfires (thanks Quebec!) but I'm quite aways away from any of them where I live, especially the largest.
Thanks for taking a look, and have a great day!
-Matt
