Hello All,

Here's number 5/7 for this batch of 52100 blades. Very thin BTE, stiff for its thickness, and as near to a 50/50 grind as I have ground in a while.

  • Blade: 230mmx50mm 52100 (64hrc) 320 grit finish
  • Neck: 17mmx20mm
  • Handle: 128mm, tapering from 23.9mmx22.3mm to 21.9mmx18.1mm, burned oak, oil finished and waxed
  • POB: 42mm from handle
  • Spine: 2.57mm at the neck, 2.29mm at halfway, .81mm 1cm from the tip
  • Grind: flat to convex 50/50
  • Weight: 136 grams
  • Relieved choil and spine
  • Edge: 0, .20mm @2mm, .58mm@5mm, .94mm@10mm measured at the midpoint.
Asking $200 U.S shipped with insurance anywhere in North America, for shipping to Europe or Australia I will cover the first $25 U.S of shipping

52100 is a really nice steel. Sharpens nice but is pretty resilient and robust, making it a nice mono steel. I have some from Matt and it's really nice.

When I recommended this I didn't realize the hit you might take on fees but Matt makes a good knife.
