Up for sale is a 240mm Hattori HD series gyuto w/ custom handle.
Handle is Desert Ironwood w/ blue Bakelite bolster, has a chip or two in the ironwood but still a beautiful handle regardless. Chips should be visible in the pictures, one on each side near the end. Will only ship to the ConUS, price includes shipping, PayPal only.
