Isamitsu 240mm W1 Gyuto SS clad
Have done a bit of work on the primary bevel as you can see in the pictures as this was quite uneven before and wedged a fair bit in some spots.
Didn't take off a huge amount of material but definitely enough to improve the cutting a lot.
So still a few small scratches that could be buffed out. Happy to send more pictures if needed tried to get them in the photos.
This thing does cut extremely well and takes a very keen edge - only wanting to sell as just picked up a Hado B1 210 and TxK extra height 240 which have all my attention and a Kippington in the works.
- spine over heel 3.22mm
- Heel height 54mm
- Cutting edge almost bang on 240
- 200 grams
- Wanting around $580 NZD (around 350 USD)
