Letting this one go for $300

Well loved, definitely used knife. Used in professional setting and has been thinned once by myself and sharpened a handful of times. I would never consider myself a master thinner and don't care much about finishes as you can see, but the knife definitely still cuts well.

Despite this it still has a lot of life left and needs to find a good home.

Knife is 240mm long, 5.5 mm at the thickest part of the spine.

Would be willing to negotiate a killer deal if someone is interested in both

Sorry, I'm still quite new to Toyama knives, what kind of steel is this knife made from?
