Hello friends I’m in the market for a 240 Sujihiki after a recent promotion. I’m tackling a lot of fish butchery and my 270 is great but cumbersome at times so I think I’d like to try a 240. Preferably sub $200 but there is definitely wiggle room, I will entertain all offers. Preferably stainless clad but not at all opposed to iron (looking at you Munetoshi). Thanks!
