I picked up these smaller stones from Ikkyu. Pictured dry and with some slurry from a diamond plate. $90 each or $160 for both plus shipping.
Shobudani Tomae - 80x120x30 mm - 695g -$60
3.5/5 hardness. Will self slurry but I tend to give it a headstart with a diamond plate. I find it gives a very keen edge at the upper end of what I like for a double beveled knife. I'm not a very good polisher but I feel it leaves a nice finish. Not too contrasty but gives a nice smooth look.
Nakayama Mizu Asagi - 73x115x19 mm - 485g (SOLD)
For me this is 5/5 hardness but I haven't used it much since I believe it is best suited for razors and I've found it too hard for knives. Needs a nagura or diamond plate to slurry. Still needs further flattening to get two of the corners flush with the surface.
