A very nice Yanigaba, but in a large lineup of Yanigaba’s it’s not going to get used by me. It needs a new home.
Single bevel, long and SHARP. Perfect for slicing fish or any other boneless protein. Hitachi Blue #2 steel. Rosewood D shaped handle. Black pakkawood ferrule. The price tag on the box says $589. How about $225 plus shipping. Cheap enough for a gift for your favourite sushi chef.
