Passing along this gorgeous Konosuke Fujiyama Blue #1 sakimaru takobiki. Blond Buffalo horn and ebony handle. Thinner behind the edge than a standard yanagiba, gets exceptionally sharp. I recently landed a Tatsuo Ikeda Sakimaru Yanagiba so I'm letting this baby go.

Edge Length – 295mm, 272mm from heel to the curve of the tip.
Height at heel – 32 mm
Weight - 223g

$695 CONUS

WOHHH how did you compensate for the steering?
I find that once you make the initial cut, and the top and bottom of the uraoshi are in contact laying flat with the roast, steering isn't really an issue and the extra weight of the knife helps.
