Good stuff, but planning moving to induction in the future so getting rid of some non compatible cookwares. $60

Edit: I'm keeping it

MC2 is better than their current offerings. I have many in this line and they are top tier for gas ranges unless you want to splurge on french copper. I haven’t been tempted to upgrade any of my MC2 stuff to french copper. I like my french copper too but typically for larger pans. For 10” the mc2 is excellent and I have one.

Probably the best gas stove pan, best evenness in All Clad lines, Demeyere and thicker coppers are better but also significantly heavier. I got a Cristel hybrid pan to play around tho, seems really good

Totally agree . The older all clad is the bees knees . If I wasn't moving to an induction stove sooner than later, I would be all over it.

I really think of the panhandle as a reference flat.

Some years back I rode a motorcycle from Beaumont to Victoria. I remember a complete absence of relief. It was late August and 98° in the shade. Talk about perspiration.
