Hey folks, writing quickly to introduce myself, late 30's SF Bay Area resident.
Like many people, got started with Shun knives cause they were pretty, then as I became a more serious cook and gotten more into analog hobbies to distract from my day job, have been nerding out metallurgy, sharpening, and all things fancy kitchen knife.
Looking forward to meeting others online and maybe in person in the future.
I cook mainly cajun food, healthy food (fish/veg), and Chinese food, due to my very random childhood.
