Up for sale is a 210mm Anryu Tsuchime Gyuto in blue #2 stainless clad. The knife is forged by 5th generation blacksmith Takumi Ikeda who apprenticed with Anryu. Hammered blade finish with a rosewood oval handle and black pakka wood ferrule.
