Anryu by Ikeda shirogami 2 damascus gyuto, 215x47, 188g. Really nice weight on these new ones, as I understand the old ones were around 140g. Also really comfortable in hand due to sweeping transition of the blade into the handle. A little bit of spotting from rust or patina which I tried to show in the pics. Really nice knife especially for the price I just have too many and need to clear space.
