I think I posted about this years ago, but it was a fairly new concept back then and wasn't well known. I'm curious if anyone has tried Rouxbe? They offer two main six-month instructional courses, one in traditional cooking, and one in plant-based cooking (plant based course created by Chad Sarno). Results in a "professional certification," although I'm not sure exactly what that means.
I'm particularly interested in the plant-based pro course:

This wouldn't be for getting a job so I don't need the pro certification to be the equivalent of an actual culinary degree. More just to up my game as a home cook. I think that six months worth of concentrated instruction and practice (15 - 20 hours/week) would do wonders, especially because I have little experience in plant based cooking.
Very interested in feedback if anyone's done Rouxbe. Thanks KKF
