A reasonable price is right I looked it up on ABE Books and they are getting at least $100 USD, for it and most are $150 bucks plus. Olvera has another book that is considerably cheaper. about $20 bucks.

I did a check and there is one available for $79 USD.
The lady who gave authentic Mexican cuisine to the world was Dame Diana Kennedy MBE. Her book "The Cuisines of Mexico" (1972) is considered the bible of Mexican cooking. This book, along with Mexican Regional Cooking and The Tortilla Book have been revised and published together in the book The Essential Cuisines of Mexico: A Cookbook. (2009)
