SOLD Ashi Ginga Western Special Edition 240 Stainless Gyuto

Gently used in a home environment. Originally ordered from Razorsharp and came from Ashi with an ebony western “coke bottle” handle. Same handle they put on the Ashi honyaki but it’s installed on a standard stainless Ginga 240. Handle is very nice and has no gaps, seams, or proud edges. Never sharpened though I think I stropped it on a Gesshin 6k to finish off the factory burr. I can’t remember for certain. 243x48mm. 213 grams. Balance point is right on the heel. $360 shipped CONUS.
