Shiro Kamo 240mm Blue #2 Kurouchi Gyuto $230 AUD SOLD
Height at the Heel: 54mm
Edge Length: 250mm
Weight: 190g
Knife has been sharpened a couple of times, and used a handful of times. Originally purchased as a project knife, but it performs just fine out of the box. The right side of the knife bevel has had a couple of passes on a 180 grit stone, so it's a bit scratched up but no major material removal has happened.
Iron has banding present

Standard shig ku nakiri - is an OEM, so it has the kanji on the left side instead of the right. F&F is typical of other shig ku knives, iron cladding has lovely banding available. Has been sharpened a couple of times and has a patina that I can clean off.

A knife I originally intended to polish and practice thinning on - hence why it has marker on it. Happy to clean off the marker, but wouldn't recommend purchasing this to use unless you want to practice some bevel work on it.
