As some of you know baby #2 is on the way and I’m on the hook for a lot more out of pocket than the first so it’s time to sell.

Most of these are unused be me or truly used once or twice. I keep finding myself reaching for the same few which I’m keeping -

1) First off is a large Henry Hyde Gyuto 270x63 309g - asking $575 (SOLD)



2) Second is a beautiful 1.2519/ Wrought Iron clad Isasmedjan 239x54 211g, includes says as well. Was professionally polished and thinned by the previous owner - Asking $525 500 (SOLD)
