For sale is a very gently used kosabaki butcher’s petty by Konosuke. This is the most recent release from Bernal Cutlery (now sold out). Picked it up last week to see how it compares to the first gen design. Used it to trim up some boneless protein and decided it’s not for me.
Stainless clad SLD semi-stainless core. Khii Laurel wood octagon handle. 140mm blade. 78 gram weight. Paid $190 altogether. Asking $170 shipped. Keeping this in the US for now.
