1. Toyama 240mm B2 Noborikoi K-Tip Gyuto
Sharpened 3 times and was used about 2 years. Is a bit to light for my taste so I don’t grab for it.

Bought it BNIB, sharpened once. Has some extra Kanji from the Smith. This thing cuts amazing but unfortunately I don’t like 210mm.

If this was 240mm or 270mm I would never sell it, one of the best knives I have tried so far. For what I have seen they are real Workhorses, with an insane look.
