Gotta make room for my next knives coming in. Time to sell this B&b wrought iron clad apex ultra gyuto. Forged by isasmedjan. I am the second owner, I knife was thinned once by previous owner (due to wedging out of the box, not extreme use...previous owner isn't a chef), I have sharpened it once. Cuts very well, apex ultra really is everything it's made out to be. There are some stray scratches, I've done my best to highlight in pictures. Some of the kurouchi has worn off as well.
