I really enjoy the way it glides through everything but feels so sturdy. Food release is still quite good too due to low thin bevels.

IMO the perfect balance of dimensions.
Tested on 2 pieces of produce. Never sharpened.

I got one from this same batch and it absolutely slays. I think Birgersson is on top of his game right now. Good stiffness relative to the very thin forging and great steel. Value is off the chart on these. Someone will love it!

Same as everyone else, I can’t say enough good things about Bjorn’s knives. Mine is such a good cutter, it’s scary.
