Hello all! First post in the BST forum and as a newbie, please let me know if I violate any rules or procedures as I am proud to be part of such a knowledgeable, engaged and just fun community!
I appreciate all the knowledge that is shared here and thankful for such generous people.
This is not to kiss up or anything, just grateful.
So after lurking in this forum and gaining such an education, learning what makes a knife good and who are great makers and how to take care of knives. I found this beauty from a storage locker lot and wanted to bring it to this community rather than have someone use it as a pry bar for some jars.
I could not find any reference for this 135mm honesuki as JKI only has a 150mm? Perhaps someone here knows this knife better.
This knife has unknown history, but looks used but well taken care of, sharpened a bit, with logos faded (still readable) and a few scuffs on the blade (shown in pictures). Still, an amazing knife and a I would love to keep this one, but I am incredibly satisfied with a CPM 10v honesuki I picked up from jwthaparc here a little while ago.
With my New Year’s resolution of trying to buy things that I need and need the things that I have, here is this knife.
Looking for$300 $225 $200 $180 shipped to CONUS? Please let me know if the pricing is way off or if I listed the wrong knife or something as again- this is my first post.
