Selling my Special Edition Blenheim Forge small double bevel deba, that was released in their September 2022 edition.
Price: £175 plus postage (c$20 to US and rest of world and much cheaper to Europe or uK)
Blade is double bevel and 85mm long. Ferrel is wrought iron and handle bog oak. Blade is made from an unnamed high carbon steal. It’s got a nice sturdy convex grind and the bevels were finished by hand on whetstones. The spine is nicely polished also.
I bought the knife as part of the release for £240, and I’ve used it once to de-vein some prawns. The knife is in excellent condition and edge is still very sharp. Comes with original box and packaging.
