Continuing to try to thin the collection. In that vein, here is a gorgeous Bloodroot gyuto:

Handle Material and Construction: Chestnut with copper and leather spacers, Integral Construction
Condition: Used, very good. Used for a couple of meal preparations by me. Patina starting to form. Second owner. As far as I know, this knife still has the original edge that came from Bloodroot.
Original Purchase Price: I purchased from KKF member for $850, original MSRP was $925.

The knife performs beautifully, very smooth cutter. Nice distal taper, thin tip. Fit and finish are top notch. The integral handle is very comfortable, and beautiful to behold.
