I got too many knives trying to size down and fund other projects.
Got both knives from Carbon Knife around 2018, they are brand new in box. Forged by Yoshikazu Ikeda and Sharpened by Kasahara Shigehiro.


Shigehiro 240mm Gyuto: BNIB. $315

Heel to Tip: 228mm
Heel Height: 47mm
Weight: 212gr




Shigehiro 165mm Nakiri: BNIB. $190

Heel to Tip: 211mm
Heel Height: 55mm
Weight: 185.5gr

Hello! Have you any more informations about the Nakiri? What steel does it have? Could you add a profile picture to see if it is quite flat or a bit curvy?
