Caring for a cutting board

Nope. I have plenty of mineral oil left, so I'll just keep pouring that on every few weeks. I'm a curious and scientifically-minded person, but not that curious!

I pour the oil on also. I have noticed my older cutting boards do not take as much oil as new boards. I have some cutting boards 20 years old and I only oil them every month or two.
