Honoring the one in one out rule. Took the Takeda-like shoulders of this one and flatten the bevel. Its a pure cutter now one of the sharpest I got. Finish isn’t going to be as pretty as a new one but the performance is much better IMO.

Got this with a trade value of $600. Selling for $475. If you are interested in this, I’ll offer up my Yanick Honesuki in a sale as well in the spirit of reducing my knives.
