Looking at selling this stunning catcheside gyuto with plenty of character and even better performance. I absolutely love this knife but need some extra funds at the moment.

Can I ask about the board/tray you photographed it on? Is that an ornate chopping board or a serving tray of some sort? Thanks!

I picked it up from a local aussie who makes a few things here and there. I use it mainly as a serving board as it's a little smaller than I prefer. Made out of American Oak & New Guinea Rosewood

@tylerleach I also wish I could have kept it but had too many knives coming in at rapid speed! Really appreciated getting to own and use it though. Definitely going to get myself another knife from Will later down the track.
