Selling this Catcheside 175mm heavy cleaver in En9 monosteel only because I don't use it much and someone doing real meat work or dense and frozen foods should enjoy it. It's a great knife that serves its real purpose quite nicely. I've not seen many of these out there from Will as I don't think he makes them often.
