want to buy a cheap gyuto (less than 100$) in the 220-240 range.
Steel can be good stainless (around 60HRC, no AUS-8 or stuff like this) or good carbon steel (around 60HRC nonetheless)
Handle can be western or wa but preferably western. Shoot me if you have this candidate rusting in your drawer !
