Hi all,

I’d like to try a few more cleavers

Around 200mm x 100mm

375g to 425g ish

Prefer AU or magnacut but will consider all other steel

Prefer mono but will consider sanmai

Western maker only

I’m looking for higher end stuff. Kamon would be great but will consider others
