I have* the one produced right before this one (I think). Can confirm it is a performer and a stunning knife. Harbeer is an absolute gentleman and produces wonderful knives. Don't let the price fool you, I think it's easily worth it considering all the labor + materials (requires LN2 = -150).

But, don't take a scrubby home cook's word for it: HSC/// is pretty damn good

I can attest to Harbeers Cru-wear/Z-wear being probably the most practical steel I have used to general gyuto duties.
Edge retention that has not been beat by anything yet.
