Which is why, for your consideration today, I'm offering my custom Delbert Ealy knife. I'm the second owner, but it had been given a spa treatment by Delbert before being sent to me. I used it in a professional kitchen for a few months then covid happened, and its been in a box since then. The knife hasn't been sharpened by myself but it hasn't been babied either.
The knife is 195*57 mm, swedish stainless steel that's been acid etched, with the nicest Amboyna burl handle I've seen, with a brass pin.
I'm asking for 225 euros + shipping anywhere in the EU. Ill throw in an 8 inch Sabatier chefs as well.
