It goes to show how the knives some classify as “beaters” are really amazing blades!

have a drawer full of knives looking for this kind of love.

I have a thing for vintage CHICAGO CUTLERY, I’d love to see some of them elevated!

Didnt get time to go home today but its thinned for veggies for sure. The standard grind on them are to thin for Meat and to thick for veggies. Size im sure you can find on Google if u want it now. I might get home tomorrow if messures are needed.

Bump with choilshot and messurements. This is a Nice thin veggie cleaver. Cutting edge 170mm 80mm at higest part in front 70mm high at midpoint. 315mm total lenght.
