Dalman S-grind Honyaki 184x52mm Gyuto
Swedish Carbon
Maple octagon handle
Barely used for 3 times at home. Tall profile, stiff spine, forward balanced, and nail-flexing thin at the edge. The steel has minimal reactivity compared to most other carbon I've tried. Extremely clean fit and finish in all aspects. The handle was a bit rough for me, so I applied 2 coats of hardwax oil on it. It hasn't been getting as much use as I originally anticipated, so hope someone else can have a chance to try it out. Didn't have my camera handy, so attached is a video instead. Please let me know if you have any questions or want more details.
$500 shipped & insured within US (international I can cover the first $15, PM for details)
Will come with a cardboard saya I made for it
