Migoto Blue 2 Mini Cleaver.

Migoto Blue 2 Mini Cleaver

183x80mm, 235g san mai blue #2 with soft iron cladding and with a wenge handle. Purchased from BST BNIB, I’ve used it twice and it’s never been sharpened. Has a minuscule divet that I can’t feel when I run a finger over it but is noticeable in the right light and a couple of scratches on the heel that are pictured. Awesome knife that I believe is out of production but I rarely reach for it so it has to go.

Yo Denka

210x48mm, 210g Aogami super with the red western handle. Purchased from BST and has been used as a work knife since. Lots of scratches that I tried to show in the pictures to a varying degree of success. Definitely getting to a point in its life where performance would improve if it was thinned.

If I didn't just buy 2 Kiri Cleavers in 180/190mm I would definitely have taken the Migoto cleaver too!
