I would like to sell this Devin Thomas 250 gyuto I recently acquired thru a trade. It is very similar to the one I already own but tad skewed to workhorse.
Condition:
1 previous owner, never sharpened. Original edge still sharp. Cladding had minor cosmetic blemishes that I have removed with light sanding. Forced patina applied after refinish, used for testing a few ingredients.

250 x 54 mm
233 grams
4340 cladding over 1.2519 core
Balance point is just past makers mark
Handle wood unknown
4340 cladding is not stainless but hardens well (up to 53 hrc). Should feel more like monosteel than San mai made of mild or wrought iron.
