This isn't the typical type of knife up for sale, but I bought this a long time ago to slice bacon and then fell way down the fancy knife rabbit hole. Not a ton to say about it, but good for foodservice or as an inexpensive slicer for someone looking to make something turn into little pieces.
14" long, still quite sharp, no stains/scratches/etc. Plus...grantons for excellent food release! :biggrin:
Nothing wrong with it, never sharpened. Used less than 5 times (only twice that I can remember).
