Diamond files recommendation to widen hande hole (EU)

Hi,

I'm doing a rehandling project and the handle's hole doesn't fit the tang.
I'm asking for your recommendation of a set of files to widen the hole.
I'm in Finland so EU's shops are preferable.
I already bought this set from dictum, but they get flatten really quickly and become unusable.

@tri.ngm why do you need diamond files? What are the handle materials? if the handle is mostly wood you are probably going to be better served by getting a broach of some sort.

The handle is wood. I don't think diamond is needed, but even with the diamond set that I bought, the files get abraded really quickly. When I touch the file, it feels smooth.
