DP Customs gyuto —SOLD
Among the best workhorses I have used. Really pleasant controlled cutting. The wrought iron has some great texture.
Condition: one meal prep, no patina (like new)
Specs: 223x64 mm, 277g
Steel: 26c3 (spicy white)
Handle: spalted oak

Ben Bodman bread knife SOLD
Feather Damascus breadknife with pretty impressive Afzelia Xylay handle and saya. Used 2-3 times but realized I don’t need 5 bread knives at home.
Condition: used for 3-4 bread slices. Close to new

Steel: no clue actually… likely some 15n20 mix
