Catch and release in this integral chef knife from Ellard Blacksmithing. Brute de forge blade is made from Hitachi #2 and measures 194 x 54MM.

This blade has a bellied profile perfect for rock choppers. Laser wide bevels with a very subtle covexity.

The handle is made from Ebony and has a beautiful fit and finish.

That is a beautiful knife. But the way he holds the blades...Ouch. Either they aren't very sharp of this mans hands are calloused beyond belief. I feel like I cut myself just watching that.
