The knife has been used approximately 5 times for some meal preps. Proteins and acids were involved so you can see the patina in some pictures.
At the heel it is around 50mm. I got myself a full carbon knife from Kisuke Manaka and I just don’t need this one anymore. (Personally I have been trying to lower my hoarding tendencies in everyday life so this gyuto is ready to be sold
)
Even with the custom handle the weight is approximately 200 grams.
This is my first WTS thread I know paypal is fine as a payment method, personally I am fine with SEPA Euro wire transfers as my bank supports instant payments!
