Hi all,

I bring for sale today this BB gyuto which I have been wanting to try for quite a while.

It is hands down the best OOTB edge I have ever experienced. It is a really impressive performer, that much that I am selling this one to go for a custom with Bjorn. Reason I am selling this one is that it is a bit short for my liking ( a bit shorter than advertised ). Everything else is spot on. This is a silent cutter with nice F&F and balance right at the heel. Was used literally 2 times and developed some patina that I can remove if preferred.
