Selling one of my first knives: a Florentine Kitchen Knives Kedma Nakiri 180mm in Sandvik 14C28N (stainless, 60HRC). It has an octagonal handle with stacked micarta discs and brass bolster. It comes with a solid oak saya.
The knife has been sharpened twice and has some noticeable scratches on the back. The front is clean.
